Sue Helen Nieto

When Sue first came to UFIT, her main goal was to get stronger so she could go into her 40s in the best shape of her life. As she was also trying to get pregnant, being healthy and active was important to her, especially as pregnancies are seen as higher risk when women are slightly older.

Sue started strength training 3 times a week and after a year, found out she was pregnant! 🤰🏻
Her mindset was incredible throughout her pregnancy – even when she felt awful, Sue consistently showed up to her training sessions.

Harry’s program for her focused on compound lifts and strengthening key areas like her core stability and pelvic floor. She even managed to hit her 1 rep max sumo deadlift PB (95kg) while she was 8 months pregnant! 💪🏼

Sue is now the proud mum to a beautiful baby boy called Lorenzo and was back in the gym training just 2 months postpartum. Thanks to all her hard work, she experienced no diastasis recti and has been working towards building her strength back up and hitting her pre pregnancy PBs.

Luke Rankin

When Luke first came to UFIT, he wanted to make a change. He was the heaviest he’d ever been at 110kg and was turning to eating and drinking as a coping mechanism for dealing with stress. His main goal was to get his bodyweight down to below 85kg.

He started consistently strength training twice a week and attending cardio classes and after 2 years of hard work has made an incredible transformation. Not only has Luke:

⬇️ Lost 15.8% body fat
⬇️ Dropped his visceral fat score from 17 to 6!
